Karolina Dolecka began her holistic career field nearly 11 years ago. She studied at the Hanna Kroeger School of Natural Healing in Boulder, Colorado where she obtained level I and level II certifications, Theta Healing, DNA2, B.A. in Psychology and a B.S in Natural Health in 2007. Holistic nutrition and it’s benefits was not always a part of her every day practice. Upon discovering the raw food lifestyle in 2008, Karolina directed attention in studying holistic nutrition that quickly became a passion. She began her training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; the only nutrition school that integrates different dietary theories combining traditional philosophies with modern day concepts. Karolina received her certification for the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in June of 2010.
Weronika Dolecka was inspired by her sister to lead an all-natural holistic lifestyle because of it’s valuable health components. What motivated her to learn were the findings of what chemicals can really do to the body. Her holistic practice and discovery compelled her to coach and develop others with Karolina. Weronika has a savvy business sense too with her degree from DePaul University in Accounting and Finance in 2011.
Unlike most dietitians, Karolina does not place emphasis on calories, carbs, fasts, proteins and restrictions of bad foods. Instead, she creates a happy, healthy and flexible way of living that is carefree and manageable. She takes an in-depth approach in terms of food and where areas of life are connected.
“I am very passionate about my work and I love to inspire people by helping them make positive changes. Life is not only about good or bad food choices, but also proper balance to the levels of your life.” – Karolina Dolecka.
Karolina resides in Illinois with her husband Artur and four children.
